Plugin caused technical issues on my website

Installing the latest version (updated 22 hours ago) caused an error in loading my entire website. The message said “your site is facing technical issues. Please check your administrator mail to resolve the problem.” I hadn’t received any mail, but going to my cpanel and deleting the plugin folder from wp-contents/plugins folder solved the problem. I tried installing the plugin again from the wordpress add plugins search inside my dashboard (had downloaded the zip folder earlier) and it caused the same error. Deleting the folder again solved the problem. I really like this plugin and was trying to install it on a new website I’m working on. Please solve this problem as soon as you can.
