I have a problem with the OceanWP theme. I have created an elementor page and working on it during 2 days and now I have the “Preview Could Not Be Loaded” error.
I have changed my theme and now it’s working with Astra theme, but I don’t want it I prefer OceanWP.

Can someone help me please ?

  • Hello,

Are you using Ocean Elementor Widget plugin? Can you try to disable/enable plugin one by one to check for a possible conflict?

Yes, deactivating Ocean Elementor Widget plugin makes Elementor work again with Ocean WP for me. Apparently I have the Elementor Widget plugin on several sites with OceanWP.

Issue solved after updating Ocean Elementor Widget plugin to 1.1.9.

Hello everyone, thx for the answers. I uninstalled and reinstalled OceanWP with the configuration tool and it’s working now.

So that’s ok for me ^^

Glad to hear that it is fixed!

Thank you so much guys, I am sitting with a couple of websites I build for clients
Now after my Core Extension Bundle expired I believe no more updates will be done on the oceanwp plugins, all my client websites are not working properly anymore because of the Oceanwp-Elementor-Widget plugin not being updated to the new version 1.1.9.

Do I need to buy the Core Extention bundle again for another year?

I tried to make contact with them, but no luck – may be thinking about going to a new theme provider, like Astra.

@fransb555 there was a conflict between Ocean Elementor Widget and Elementor. It is fixed with the latest version of the ocean elementor widget plugin. So yes, you need to update the plugin to fix it.

Since we have a large amount of ticket this time due to freemius integration, so we need time to reply to all the tickets. Hope you understand it.

    Thank You Amit

    Will look into it.
