    I just downloaded and installed the plugin, but every time I go to the interface page, I see “Click to use a new tab – if the below fails to authenticate properly.” I click that link, and a new tab opens with the same message.

    I am running version 3.0 of the plugin, version 5.2.2 of WP, and the latest version of the Avada theme.

    Any idea how to get past this?

    Hello @c13creative,

    If you go to the Benchmark > Settings page, are you missing the Authentication Token?

    If so, try logging into https://ui.benchmarkemail.com then see if the plugin self heals. We ran into a situation with one user who hadn’t visited the Benchmark Email UI in some time and the plugin was unable to refresh that connection. It’s possible you’re facing the same issue.

    We’ll work on a fix for that, but in the meantime that might resolve it for you. Please let me know.
