PopUp Builder not showing popup

    Hello,

    I just download this plugin and created my first pop up.
    It worked fine on preview and when I’m log in as an admin.

    However when Im logged out of admin or if any regular person goes to the site, the pop up does not show up.

    Help! Thank you!

    I am a free user, and I have the same problem: I set a popup, I update it, I try on a page and nothing.
    I tried any page, then all the pages, but nothing. load the page but do not appear popUp.
    I checked the browser console, but there are no errors.

    I state that wp is 5.2.2
    I state that I use a custom theme programmed myself.

    however I have to mount up for a customer and therefore I will most likely try another.

    Have the same problem, popups do not appear any more neither as admin nor as a user. Have not changed any setting, some popups are embedded for months in my website…

    Where can I download an older version of popup builder since the problem is solved?

    How have you added the popup that it’s not working?
    Please, mention the versions switching which the problem appears.

    I installed your free version Popup software, created my first newsletter popup and it worked fine in the preview page. I then logged out of my site, went back to the site as a visitor and there was no popup. I am still new to WordPress and still self teaching myself about different things. My website is https://www.tjcbase.org/, it is a veteran based website. Plus I was wondering if the popup would work as well if someone was accessing my website using a smartphone or tablet? I look forward to hearing back from you.
