Content restrictions blocking Theme Homepage “Features”

    Theme: Renden Dark (child theme of Renden)
    Homepage has customizable content areas (image, text, link)
    With content restriction “enabled” the content areas disappear
    With content restriction disabled (unchecked) the content areas return
    Interestingly, the slider / header is not affected

    Love the plugin but I need to get this fixed.

  • I took a look at this the other day but forgot to post here.

    It seems the theme is doing something odd with how it handles front page sections. I couldn’t locate the exact code that was the problem because of how disorganized it was. However, it should be a non-issue with other themes.

    I also found that the theme was breaking many of the official Theme Review Guidelines for www.remarpro.com. I have reported it upstream to the admins for the Theme Review Team.

    I highly recommend looking around for a different theme.
