    Just what the title says

    This is only on subscriptions

    Recurring payment failed. Reason: Error parsing json, please check json request

    I do not have any curl logs to see the json request so cannot debug

  • yes same here… json error and i got this error.
    “EXT_69: Server is refusing to fulfill the request. Please try again later. If this problem persists please contact Technical Support.” But if i change my setting to test option. It will work. hmmp

    Hi,

    Just released version 2.0.4 which will hopefully resolve this error. The error is caused when the recurring payment amount’s decimals exceeds the number of decimals that Worldpay’s API can handle.

    This can sometimes happen with floating point numbers (which WC uses) when the number cannot be truly represented by the computing system so 0.37 looks like 0.37000004 for example.
