I asked for this information because in the blog page the images are enlarged so much that they are lost in quality, they crunch a lot, I tried also with 600 x 600 images and the same thing happens, moreover in the post the 600 x 600 image is too big, it’s unwatchable. I had already tried with 300 x 300 as indicated in the guide but like this, as I said above, on the blog page they are enlarged so much that they deteriorate.

However, I discovered that it is the theme of the possibility to change the layout of the post page. I tried to change this layout by putting it as a tablegrid and in this case, since the images are smaller, they can be seen decently. But with the default setting that magnifies the images a lot, they crumble a lot like you can see in the link I gave you.
In any case, the option to change the layout of the post page could be a solution.

The layout you are trying for Big blog layout the recommended image size is 800*400. Width: 800 and Height:400. Go to the Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Flash Theme Options > Archive Page Settings. Choose the 2nd Blog Style and 1st Archive Page Layout then publish it. This should bring you the required result.

If you wish for Grid blog layout then the image size is 370*270. Width: 370 and Height:270.
