• When a user registers & submits a new ticket from the frontend the wordpress site responds in the following manner:

    • WordPress DOES SEND EMAIL to site admin that new user has registered.
    • NanoSupport DOES NOT SEND EMAIL to site admin notifying them of new support ticket.
    • WordPress DOES SEND REGISTRATION DETAILS EMAIL to new user.
    • NanoSupport DOES SEND REPLY EMAIL from support agent.

    “The right elevator of the Eifel Tower was not working, but the left one was” won’t help the engineer to find the issue, but “I saw a flashing light on the wheels when the right elevator was accelerating” will help the engineers to detect the issue why this was happening. They will take a look into the wheels of the elevator. ??

    Summary, that email is working and this is not – actually won’t assist us in any way.
