    Hello,

Today I wanted to edit some WooCommerce products using the WP backend dashboard. When clicked on “Products ? All Products” I got the following message:

    View post on imgur.com

    “No Products Found”

I started debugging the issue by disabling all the plugins. I found out that the WC Vendors Marketplace is causing the problem.

All the products are shown correctly in to the dashboard (“Products ? All Products”) when the WC Vendors Marketplace plugin is inactive.

    Here’s my build:
    WP Version 5.2.2
    WC Vendors Marketplace Version 2.1.12
    WooCommerce Version 3.6.5

This issue is recent. Everything was going on well like one week ago.

Any ideas on how to solve it or what should I do to investigate further?

    Appreciate your help! Thanks.

    Hello,

Does this only happen to vendors products or all products? Do you have any theme override code running? What changed between when it worked and when it stopped working?

We haven’t had any other reports of this so I’m curious what in your setup is different and has changed to cause this.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Hello Jamie,

    Thank you for your message.

Does this only happen to vendors products or all products?
This happens for all products, but I noticed that I can see recently added products. Even so, all the old products aren’t visible in the dashboard (Products ? All Products) if WC Vendors Marketplace is active.

Do you have any theme override code running?
Just some CSS codes. Nothing much.

What changed between when it worked and when it stopped working?
I don’t think I’ve actually changed anything in WC Vendors Marketplace or WooCommerce because everything was running perfect without any problems. Maybe it was an automated update or something like this which caused the problem.

Another weird thing is that when WC Vendors Marketplace is active, many of media library files dissapear until I disable the plugin. The issue seems quite serious.

Just let me know if I can provide you with a staging/test site login details so you can take a deeper look.

    Thank you!

Also I have some backups which might help you to compare things and identify the issue faster.

    Hello,

Are you able to build a staging site and see if an old backup still has this issue?

Can you also send a copy of your WooCommerce > Status page to us via our contact form on our website please? Include a link to this forum post.

    cheers,

    Jamie.
