Great plugin, couple of suggestions…

Working fine on the first try, seems great at what it does. I’d like to suggest a couple of small things:
1. Allow ordering of the editor buttons, maybe by drag-and-drop in the Admin panel?
2. Give the option to change the color of the editor bar, as well as the comment background? I actually thought that’s what the background color selector was for, and was surprised that it changed the comment textarea color.
