    I’ve been using this plugin on my site happily for a while now, but recently I’ve been unable to add contacts to the queue and therefore cannot send off any newsletters.

    I get as far as clicking the Confirm Send button, and I then see the usual ‘adding subscribers to the queue‘ message.

    However, when the Queue page loads none of the subscribers from my chosen list have been added. It just says ‘No items found‘ where they should be. If I try to send it regardless (incase it’s just not showing me the queue properly) this doesn’t send anything out.

    All tests emails send as normal.

    I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin, even going so far as to remove all tables marked Sendpress from the database after deletion, but that did nothing. Also there seemed to be other Sendpress data that wasn’t removed from the database even though I deleted all the Sendpress named tables, so is there an easy way to scrub ALL Sendpress data from my databases if I need to try a properly clean re-install?

    I’ve even tried adjusting the ‘Add Emails to Queue’ limit in Advanced Setting, as suggested in other threads with similar issues, but to no avail.

    Also I have many other websites which all use the exact same template, plugins etc and it’s working fine on those.

    RESOLUTION: It turns out that if your ‘From Name’ in Settings > Sending Email is too long it’ll trigger this problem.

    I’ve been able to consistently replicate this issue on my other sites. As soon as I put something shorter in that field the subscribers are able to be added to the queue no problem.

    I should point out that there isn’t any suggestion of a character limit for this field on the settings page. Also the system never mentions this as an issue when trying to add the subscribers to the queue, it just leads to them not being added.
