Mycred awarding points only for first like on a post/activity

  • Hi,

    I am using Ulike along with Mycred with the hook to award points to author for each like received on their post.
    However i see that only the first like is causing points to be awarded, and subsequent likes by other users (i am only allowing likes by logged in users) are not causing points to be rewarded to the author

    Any suggestions on this, please?

    This issue was earlier also reported by @landportal and @piyosuke also. Any resolution to this will be hugely appreciated.

    It is more buggy on the recent update. I hope for a fix soon, because this plugin is great with MyCred and my site heavily relies on it. I will consider the PRO version once the bugs are solved.

    @alimir Hi, thanks for responding. I tried the new update but it still seems to only award points for the first time the bbpress author receives a like. For example, If I like a bbpress forum post that has already been liked previously by someone else, the author’s score doesn’t increase.

    I wasn’t sure if this thread is referring to bbpress specifically, but the issue still remains for bbpress posts. Hope this can be fixed ??
