downloading zip redirects to 404 page

    hi,
    been trying to deploy to zip file. everything seems to work right but when i press the download zip button im redirected to a mydomain/wp-content/uploads/wp-static-html-output-1564827871.zip which is a 404 page.
    my site is not connected to the actual domain (im using a host file).
    is that the problem? is there a solution?
