Hi, nice Plug-In, that does, what one expects.Thank you for it!

But some e-mail clients interpret a link with an “@” as an e-mail link and so they are corrupting the clickability.

Therefore I wanted to use a href tag within the content of the confirmation mail (E-Mail-Type-Setting are set on “html e-mail using wordpress”).

But after storing this settings the confirmation content field has deleted my href tags.

    What can I do?

    Kind regards
    Armin Hingst

    Hi Malay,

I’impressed – a very immediate reaction, thank you.

It’s version 4.1.10, I’d upgraded before trying to use href. But, if relevant: I’m using the German localized version, maybe there are some differences…

    Hi,

It shouldn’t be a localisation issue.

If the issue is still persist, please contact us. We will take a look into this issue.

    Hi,

the issue with links that are not working in some mail clients is still existing.

But now I’ve succeeded in building a link within the content field of settings>notifications>confirmation e-mail.

It worked after I’d enclosed the link shortcut with backslashes: \{{SUBSCRIBE-LINK}}\. E-Mail Subscribers plug-in then had replaced the backslashes with “-signs and the link then has appeared correctly in the notification mail I initiated.

But why I have to set backslashes instead of quotation marks – I don’ know …

    Kind regards
    Armin
