Update Sucks – Erased All Settings

  • Excuse my language but wtf.

    You completely overhauled the plugin with absolutely no warning. The new star look is hideous, with no way of changing to the old look. You removed several core features. I cant figure out how to get the star ratings back on the pages they were on before because you erased all my previous settings. I’m already losing extremely valuable rankings, most importantly for my WC shop page, because I can’t figure out how to get the ratings back there for the life of me.

    Not cool dude… Is there a way to revert to the previous version please?

    First thank you for your plugin

    but this user is right

    We are a web agency and many of our clients use your plugin and they all experienced the same disaster when upgrading to the V3 of your plugin

    all their settings were removed without warning

    Hundreds of kkstar shortcodes are no long working !

    the stars disapperead from google result pages

    and i agree with the user above, the new look is very “strange” compared to the previous one, people dont understand it

    Just to let you know the feelings of about 40 clients of our agency
