Menu Bar not working

Hello none of my pages are loading correctly I keep getting 404 error. I have noticed that my bluehost website link is https://wp5.temp.domains//~plantbn9//testsite02 and every time I click on a page in my navigation menu it changes it to https://wp5.temp.domains//~plantbn9/testsite02 The difference being after plantbar9 there is only 1 / as oppose to 2 // in the top website address. This happened with all my pages and none of them are loading or linking properly. Can someone please help and tell me how I can get my pages to load and link. I am using a temporary domain because I do not want the site to go live yet. Thank you!!
