Main Galleries Page not working any more

    Hello,

    I’ve been using Sunshine Photo Cart for about 3 years now but got some issues now after today’s update. I’ve updated to the latest version of Sunshine, also to WP 5.2.2 and the PHP version from 5.6 to 7.2.
    After the update I get the message “Sorry, this page does not exist“ on the Main Galleries Page. Also the search function leads to this page saying “Sorry, this page does not exist“.
    I disabled all plugins except Sunshine Photo Cart to see if the problem is caused by any plugins but still the same error.
    Can you please provide any help?

  • Did you update your theme to?

    Sometimes i check other themes, and some off them give problems with showing not all the content.

    No, I didn’t update the theme. It’s the same version than before with which Sunshine Photo Cart worked over the years.

    I also checked everything with the Twenty Nineteen theme and get the same error there too.

    Can you go to Sunshine > Settings > Pages and make sure that the pages are set?

    I did this and it is set correctly. I never changed the settings anyway as Sunshine was running smoothly until the recent update.

    Any other ideas?

    For some reason your site is showing Sunshine’s 404 page not found template. It’s possible that in Sunshine > Settings > General > URLs… if you have customized these it is possible you have put in some non-compatible options somehow. Have you customized these settings in any way?

    That was the perfect hint. My “Order endpoint” was named “order” (this worked since 2016). When I leave the setting “Order endpoint” empty or use another slug than “order” everything works like it should.
