    I’m unsure of what I need to do to get Klarna to work. Looking at errors on Klarnas website there is something overriding it and stopping it been visible. I have tried to switch off PayPal and cash on collection so Klarna is the only option unfortunately it still doesn’t work. Please could I get some advise.

    Hi,

    I can see from the error that you are Unauthorized. That usually means that your credentials are incorrect. Are you trying to use test credentials in a live setting or the other way around? I would also suggest contacting Klarna about this if you keep having issues, since it could be that your account is not setup correctly.

    I am definitely using the live credentials with live setting. When you say not setup correctly do you mean I haven’t set something up correctly or something has gone wrong on their end. Thank you.

    I didn’t realise there was klarna checkout and klarna payments. How do I know which one I should be using please

    Hi @taliandbelle
    When you signed up for Klarna credentials, Klarna Checkout or Klarna Payments was chosen. You can review the details at klarna.com, but Klarna Checkout replaces Woo checkout and Klarna Payments is an option within Woo checkout. You can also review your configuration in the Klarna Merchant Portal (e.g. https://eu.portal.klarna.com/products). Your Klarna API credentials are configured for Klarna Payments.

    I had it using Klarna checkout and didn’t realise there was two plugins somehow. Around an hour ago I switched off checkout and changed it to klarna payments and the option is now appear which is good. But when the option is selected I am getting this error ‘Option not available
    Unfortunately this option is not available. Please choose a different payment method.’

    I’ve tried looking through Klarna and can’t see how I would actually check which one I signed up to but I assume it is payments at the moment.

    Your Klarna account (for ) is configured for Klarna Payments.

    Based on your current configuration there are minimums and maximums when Klarna will accept orders:
    “minimum_order_amount”: 35
    “maximum_order_amount”: 1000

    If you adjust the amount in your cart, Klarna should display an option that can be ordered.

    Thank you. I don’t even remember setting this it was so long ago. I’m guessing this is set in Klarna not through your plugin? Do you know where I can edit it?
