About a week ago, my www.remarpro.com blogpage ([ redundant link removed ], hosted on Blue Host) went blank with the white screen of death. I know there was an outstanding PHP update for the past several weeks that I stupidly didn’t do, but I don’t remember which version of PHP it was, and even my admin login page is blank with WSOD. I suspect the lack of an update of the PHP is the culprit, but I have no idea how to fix it. Anyone available to help walk me through how to get my blogpage visible again, please? Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Thanks, James. I’ll give that a try.

Hi, Jim: Just now had a chance to sit down and try your fix for my WSOD problem. Thank you so much for your easy-to-follow instructions…they worked like a charm and is back up and running…YAY!
