• The forms are working properly and an email message is sent to the primary “Sent To” address, however, the CC’d email and Mail 2 email are not being sent.

    When I receive the form email in the primary recipient address, I can see that the CC’d address is the correct email, but that inbox never receives a message in spam or otherwise.

    Is there an additional setup procedure to get CC’d and Mail2 messages to send along with the primary??

    Same issues mail2 not being sent – no error shown, no issues known, just does not send email out – currently stepped back to using google captcha v2 via plugin, but don’t know if this is all legacy of a constant battle to keep CF7 working with google captcha v3?

    – just no consistency in use at all. One email send, then one fails then one may send or fail…, etc. Been going on for months… no one seems to have finalised a solution or accepted the fault – all very frustrating.

    come on CF7 team – you are better than google – would be great if you can say specifically what the issue is or point the finger where needed, so users can have some idea what if anything being done. It is all over the net as a problem for thousands.

    Update for all – messing with options, just

      remove recapture field altogether

    from the form and it seems to send successfully to both mail and mail2.

    So it would seem obviously an issue for CF7 working with any sort of recapture/filter…. not ideal to have it removed, but at least mail sends.
    Hope someone fixes it soon, seems no one resolving ‘forms vs captcha’ issues for months ??
