External URL giving 404 as part of internal U

This is the URL I want to use for the button. Could it be complicating things with the parameters at the end?

I’ve just copied and pasted it exactly as is from the URL bar in the browser.

Here’s the URL the button is trying to use:

(when I copy it from the address bar)

Note the single / after the https:

That’s really a funky problem there. The browser doesn’t pick up your URL because you have an (invisible) code in the front. Something that’s called ‘zero width space‘: \u200b

You can copy this to your URL field:
https://www.bestwestern.com/en_US/book/hotel-details.90912.html?ssob=IN9091243G&cid=IN9091243G:iws:90912:rooms

Or you can try to put your cursor in the begin of the URL field and hit ‘delete’ once. Nothing will visibly chance, but this character should be gone then.
