Visual editor different from default admin to created admin

Hello.

I have search the forum for this question, but haven’t found anyone talking about this problem.

If I log into the Dashboard as the default admin I have an ekstra line showing at the visual editor. This line gives me the option of choosing paragraph, underline, insert embedded media and so on.

This line however does not appear if I log in with another administrator account that I have created. Why is that? And how can I fix so that all administrators have the possibilities of using both visual editor lines?
