Images in Feed

I found this very helpful and now my image thumbnails show up in my feed so thank you very much! www.remarpro.com

However, I was wondering if there were a way to control whether or not the image shows up in different feeds.

I have two distinct style of pages where my feed shows up –

https://live4sportnetwork.com/david-johnson/

In the first example the image is helpful in navigation for readers.

In the second example it makes the page a bit clunky to view.

Any help would be appreciated and thank you for taking the time to read this.
