    Hello

    I’ve reached out to SearchIQ ([email protected]) with numerous questions in respect to our paid subscription service over the years and am yet to receive a response.

    We are having issues with the index being stale (months old) and have needed to manually hit the re-index button on several occasions.

    Please can someone from support get back to me?

    @jamieburchell Can you please share the email ID from which you have emailed us. Also, please share the domain that you are referring to and SearchIQ username for your account as I can see 2 accounts with your name with no indexed domain.

    I sent the support request from jamie at ib3 .uk

    Account username is ib3 and domain is dunedin.com

    Hi Jamie,
    Our crawler check sitemap for changes every hour and index the added/edited documents. If you have added any post in sitemap and it is not indexed automatically, please share the post URL so we can check the issue.

    Hi there

    The details were shared in the email I sent, do you have that email? Could we continue the conversation there rather than on a public forum?

    According to the site settings:

    Last indexed: Fri Jul 26 2019 10:54:55 GMT+0100 (British Summer Time)

    There were articles added that were not picked up in the SearchIQ index and as it stands, I need to press the index button manually periodically.
