Missing appearance and themes

    Hi,
    I am a beginner in www.remarpro.com and I have some problems at the initial stages of my web creation.
    I have been given a password and username from the person who actually set up the page for the first time, but I have a doubt if I am an admin of that page. I was expecting to see themes on the left hand side menu, but there are only “posts, media, pages, comments, profile, tools and collapse menu” buttons. At this moment I can′t change the layout of the page and can′t install any plugin or widget. Should I update the WP version to 5.2? How can I be sure I am an administator, and what should I do to make this missing buttons appear?

  • It sounds like your user account is not an administrator account. And lower level accounts cannot change their roles. You need to get the administrator to change your user role on the User Profile page.
