Minimal customisation

  • Needed a custom user registration plugin that allowed for integration with Woocommerce and Mailchimp that was fully customisable.

    Having used the premium version, I observed there is very limited customisation – buttons are not customisable, color scheme is not customisable, placeholders cannot be inserted into the text boxes either.

    First of all sorry for any inconvenience caused. We do offer a full refund within 14 days of the product purchase. Can you provide us your email address via which you made the refund request and let us know whether you contacted us via email or chat because we couldn’t find any such email.

    Regarding the customization of buttons and color scheme yes we do have limited feature on that. And you will not find anywhere in our site doing any false advertisement and bragging that we deliver these customization features. You can, however, make changes to your form design via custom css and if you create a support ticket we can assist on those. Form designs such as color, fonts are inherited from your theme CSS.

    Regarding the placeholder, we do have the placeholder options in our text fields and text area fields. We will be happy to assist you with this.
