• Lots of compliments to deve for great plugin.
Now my quiz becomes famous among students.

But few times I am reported the error 503 and 524 by the students. Google analytics shows no of users at the moment 30-35

So my question is how do I know the problem is with hosting (I’m using shared hosting)

The representative from hosting says try to optimise your plugin. How to know what should be done?

What will be the approx limit of user at a time?
Quiz takes 5-10 minutes to complete, is my resources locked for this much time? Or after loading of test it a available to another user?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

There is really no way to answer this – the plugin has no limits, it depends far more on the hosting than on the plugin. Watu is as optimized as we can do it.

So indirectly it means I have to upgrade to VPS.
Before this can clarify question asked before : Quiz takes 5-10 minutes to complete, is my resources locked for this period of time? Or after loading of test it is available to another user?

5-10 minutes is definitely not normal, there might be a specific issue on your installation. You can easily test if resources are locked by opening the test in two browsers.

I think I’m failed to describe what I actually want to ask.
I want to ask about how watu quiz function!

    For example

If my 5 users are taking exam at time. Exam is tough enough so it take minimum 5 minutes to solve the question. That means user is engaged 5 min on my site.

    Now my question is

If after 2 minute, another two users come to take an exam
Will watu calculate this as 7 user at a time or only 2 user at a time?
