Reset password not working

    Hi,

    After clicking the reset password link on the email, the users are taken to my site with the error “Your password reset link appears to be invalid”. The weird this is that when my website is fully cloned to a staging environment, the password reset function on staging works perfectly fine. My website uses multisite too.

    Hi @caleblai,

    If you are using caching plugin, exclude your Ultimate member login, register and password-reset pages from their cache. That should solve your issue.
    These pages should be excluded.

    https://xyz.com/register/
    https://xyz.com/login/
    https://xyz.com/password-reset/

    Hi Asif,

    Thank you for your assistance. Initially i thought cloudflare was the issue.
    Read a little further and figured out that WPENGINE was to be blame too.
    Made a request on chat with the support team to add your suggested links to their exclusion and it works fine now. Thank you again.
