Not showing comments after approval and FAQ steps

  • Hi,

    I just installed the Comment Guestbook plugin, customized it, got 2 new comments from clients, approved it but nothing showed on the page.

    I checked different topics here, and followed the FAQ steps (enabled the option “Show the comment list in the page content”) but still nothing ??

    I’m using themify Ultra for customization.

    I’m kinda new with all this.
