@donniam thank you for the review! What was the most confusing part? I’d like to know more about it so things could be improved in future releases.

Nice work on the plugin. Guess just to play it safe I mainly downloaded it to eliminate woocommerce on most pages. Guess I personally just was not sure to fool with much of the css style sheets or any theme related stuff. I know there is a test mode, but I am always cautious using new plugins on live sites. Sometimes things do not always break right away. Not necessarily on yours, but just to play safe I don’t go to deep without running a plugin for awhile. Under settings and “stripping the fay” and let me know if I have wp rocket, do I still try to utilize your plugin for css and js files? This is a pretty extensive plugin and probably requires more studying on my part. Thanks for the reply! Here is a link to the site I used it on. https://isnutrition.net/

@donniam It all depends on the settings you have with WP Rocket. If you’ve enabled Optimize CSS (minify, combine) with WP Rocket, then the same features in Asset CleanUp will be disabled to avoid any conflicts. Same for the JS files. If you’re using the preload feature for CSS/JS in Asset CleanUp, then consider using only Asset CleanUp for minify/combine for maximum compatibility.

For instance, preloaded files are ignored from combining as they were preloaded for a reason. You can use WP Rocket for page caching and Asset CleanUp for the rest.

PS: You’re using “Optimize CSS Delivery” from WP Rocket on your website which works well. I’ve checked it out. So, reduce as much bloat with Asset CleanUp and WP Rocket will take care of the rest. If you have any feature suggestions about Asset CleanUp, let me know at your earliest convenience!
