How to translate after generating a .mo file?

If you just want to load the .mo file for your own site, you would need to use the load_plugin_textdomain function

Since I’m not well fluent in coding, I guess I’ll wait the translation make into the plugin. Who approves strings waiting for approval there? Can you estimate how long will this take to appear in a plugin update?
