    Hi all!

    Does somebody know anything about this? An error message appears in the WordPress administration and I can not access the Media Gallery, I can not edit the WooCommerce products and it does not allow me to see them, it seems that the error is being caused by the PDF Invoice add-on. But everything worked well for a long time until I updated the latest version of the Divi Theme. The Developers of the Theme told me that I had to talk to the creators of the plugin.
    Message:

    PO \ WC \ PDF_Invoices \ Documents \ Pro_Document :: get_settings () should be compatible with WPO \ WC \ PDF_Invoices \ Documents \ Order_Document :: get_settings ($ latest = false) in /usr/home/vegan-tattoo.com/web/ wp-content / plugins / woocommerce-pdf-ips-pro / includes / documents / abstract-wcpdf-pro-document.php on line 23

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    This error is the result of an old version of the Professional extension being used with a newer (incompatible) version of the free base plugin. If you update the Professional extension to the latest version (2.2.15) that will remove this error. More about updating: How to get the latest version

    Thanks for your answer;

    I acquired the professional version of the plugin, “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Premium”. I just followed your instructions and installed the “WP Overnight Sidekick” plugin and added the License Number but it has been thinking for a long time and does nothing else. It seems that he has been trapped.

    This error does not allow me to work correctly. These problems should not occur when paying for a Premium License.

    Anything else I can do to solve the problem?

    Which version of the Professional extension do you currently use? Are you sure your license is still valid? I see a license purchased with an email address starting with ciberdom@ but that expired in January of this year and wasn’t renewed.

    Please check that your license is still valid, and send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help – www.remarpro.com does not allow us to use these forums for supporting our paid extension and in this particular instance I think email is more effective too.

    Thanks and apologies for the inconvenience!

    I completely agree.
    I just sent the mail to the address you gave me.
