Buyer purchases 2 but only 1 card emailed

Hi, when a buyer enters more than one email address, everything works as it should (although they are not being marked as completed immediately, when they should be). However, if a buyer enters one email address but increases the quantity, the sale goes through, they get charged, their invoice shows 2 purchased and 2 card numbers show up as active in the dashboard, but the recipient only gets one actual gift card.
