Application just shows a blank page

  • I installed and signed up for this API but I can’t get it to work properly.

    On my check out page I can choose mail on dor or in mail box and so on. The postnord logo is showing but the application is just blank with no information in.
    Do you have any idea?

    @havard791 Did you find any solution?

    I’m experiencing the same thing – or at least it sounds similar; I see a blank frame/window to the left and a window with a text saying something along the lines of: “Pick a delivery method to the left and options will become available here…” – but there are no delivery methods?!

    Did you find a solution @havard791 or @jdahlbom ?

    Would be good to get your support on this @vconnect

    I worked it out!

    I had a total value in my cart that was higher than the ‘Total to’ allowed for the delivery method and this left the left window empty.

    Perhaps an area for improvement; I guess it could be made more clear why something like this happens – both to the user and the customer ??
