    Hi waikeong,

Did the export ever worked on your site or it never worked? Different servers and different sites query at different speeds. There are many factors that can be affecting the export to excel feature. The issue could also be permissions, either at the server level (i.e. folder permissions) or maybe in the .htaccess file. Please check with your hosting provider if appropriate read/write permissions are set for your account. Also, please check if increasing your WordPress memory limit makes a difference.

    hi,
Im getting this same error message now and just few days ago before I have updated the plugin it was working fine. Now whenever I tried to export to spreadsheet it give me a 503 service unavailable error message and there’s only one row or data in my order. Can you give appropriate fix on this matter? if it’s in the .htaccess what are we supposed to do or if it’s in the database (which I doubt as it has all the privs needed) what is there to change? Folder permission should be a problem as permission was by default set, I havent touch anything in that matter.
