CC or BCC for the abandoned cart

    Is there a way to CC or BCC for the abandoned cart?
    Is there a way to add code to the functions.php that will do this?

    Hi @fja3omega,

    No, currently, it is not possible in our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin to CC/BCC for the abandoned cart. Also, there is no custom code we can provide you to add CC or BCC for an abandoned cart.

    However, we do provide a setting “Send the Abandoned cart emails to” in our Abandoned Cart Pro plugin which is having an option “Customer and Admin” which sends the abandoned cart reminder emails to Customers as well as to admin.

    Using this option, you can send the copy of abandoned cart reminder email to Admin also. Attaching the screenshot for your reference: https://prntscr.com/of8jde
