Remove platform.twitter.com/widgets.js and “” iframe

After digging deeper into optimizing my site, GTmetrix is returning compression errors with only these 2 issues…
1.https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js
2.https://platform.twitter.com/widgets/widget_iframe.ed954039b4da87657c2de914fe37d022.html?origin=https%3A%2F%2Ffamsource.comI see they are in my header, and I am guessing, but, they are either coming from WordPress widgets or plugin “Ultimate Social Media”. Again, all a guess.
I am trying to figure out a way to delete them as besides having a direct link to my twitter page, I have no need for any calls to twitter or script. I am trying to optimize and raise my GTmetrix, Page insights, etc…
Can anyone please help on how to delete/remove these 2 scripts permanently? Thank you in advance.
