I’ll give the free version 5 stars

I learned about Smush from Neil Patel, installed the free version immediately on his recommendation, and have been pleased.

Will I pay $50 a month for the upgrade? Probably not. I don’t see the $600 annual fee value proposition for my needs. Our utilization plus access to a great CDN negates the extra value they assert. For someone who works with far more images than our site and isn’t using a CDN, I can see how they could benefit from an upgrade more than us.
