Mixed products on order, no license.

    Hi, I just noticed that if someone buy a license product along with another product that requires manual delivery the buyer won’t get the key until the order get’s changed manually to completed.
    Since the license key gets attached to the order item on “Completed” I can’t use the “Send License(s) key to customer” Order Action, because there’s no key attached yet.

    I can change to complete, get the keys attached and the change again to processing. Will that add 2 new keys when set to completed again?

    You are right, currently the license key delivery is triggered when the order status is changed to complete. The next update will let you choose the order status for delivery.

    To answer your question: Yes, but only the first time. If the license keys have already been delivered and the status changes again to completed nothing will happen.
