Admin section not redirecting during login

The admin section when in logg in insane redirecting to the admin and the menu isn’t showing a way to get the admin section, when I click on the login it just asked me to log in again!!

There is no way to the admin section once I log in, unless I myself type in

My website.com/admin-login.php etc…
