2 distinct emails when new comment or new comment awaiting moderation

Since I need to un-tick ‘Email me whenever anyone posts a comment’ and ‘A comment is held for moderation’ under Settings > Discussion in the WordPress Admin, it means bnfw replaces WP core notifications settings.
