Issues with pages displaying in IE11

Hi,

While our site appears to be displaying properly on most browsers as well as mobile, it appears broken in IE11. In looking at the various features it appears that the culprit is inline and defer css as when turning it off it displays properly in ie11, but having it off slows it down on other browsers.

Is there something in particular in this feature causing these issues in ie11?
