Click on photo of a book and then read a review about that book

Hi,
I would like to have a picture gallery of the covers of books I have reviewed. I would then like the reader to be able to click on the image of the book and be taken to a review of that book (maybe as a popout box?). Is this possible.
How do I do that. I’m not very clever with WP – but I am learning!!
