I’ve created my own API key and everything and when I load the page I put the shortcode on I still only get the “loading” screen. When I put in my youtube channel ID and hit the “check” button in YourChannel settings, it automatically filled in the Channel user Name field… however when I click “check” again, the plugin tells me that that user name doesn’t exist. I have no clue if this has anything to do with the problem or not. I’m not really a coder.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, don’t click Check twice, it’s probably using your username the second time you click Check and if your username has spaces or non-ascii characters it’ll say it doesn’t exist.

Does it show preview below the form after you click Check the first time?
That page has no YourChannel shortcode, but the problem must definitely be the API key, try with ours: AIzaSyCsquWrpI9r6vB2afX9OZVXoZR7VNtKbjM

Aha! You were correct about the clicking the “check” button! I went back in and didn’t even hit the check button at all, then hit save and it now works again! Thanks a ton! I didn’t really expect to get such a quick support reply at this hour! You are awesome!!! (By the way, I WAS still getting the preview at the bottom, and to get it to work I didn’t need to use your API key… Just letting you know for your own developer needs if that helps you with anything)
