Bank Transfers purchase

we are experiencing missing purchase events in Google Analytics for orders with payment = bank transfer.
Is there a method to activate them, for example changing the status of the order?

Can you check if you have enabled the Purchase Transactions options in the tracking settings?

If it is enabled, and if you still don’t get any responses for the BACSpayment method transactions, it could be because of limitations with the plugin. The Purchase Transactions is typically meant to cover payment gateways that redirects to the thank you/order received page. Since the BACS gateway doesn’t do that, this could be why you’re not able to do this.

If you want to get more advanced tracking in GA, I’d recommend that you check out the WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro extension from our WooCommerce.com marketplace.

The “Purchase transactions” was checked, so I agree with you, it depends on the limitations of the plug-in.
