No feedback from support

On our homepage you can find the Athena Theme and we have the Pro License. Currently we have the problem that the theme works but is not activated correctly. So we can’t install any updates anymore. We have already created several tickets in the support and also tried to get in contact by mail. Unfortunately we do not get an answer at all since months. Therefore we will have to change the theme now, which we think is a pity.
