    Looking at my web page on a computer, I am able to read all of the content that I entered in the footer 1 location. However, when viewed on a phone, the phone and fax number does not show. I should also add I did not use the set boxes to enter the phone and fax info, but rather the free text box as when I entered the info in them, nothing appeared even when viewing it on my computer.

    Any solutions?

    It looks like the phone number and address are visible on mobile devices on my end.

    Hi Evan,
    Thanks for your reply. I’m wondering what type of device or perhaps what type of operating system maybe you are using? I’ve tried with an I-phone on Internet Explorer and Chrome? I also changed the widget from the contact info widget to a plain text box to see if that would help but unfortunately it did not solve the issue. Here’s what it looks like on my end:
