When I try to edit a slide (clicking the blue edit icon) the editor appears at the bottom of the WordPress editor window as opposed to a lightbox. This appears to be a glitch as I am unable to scroll after I click the edit icon and most of the form fields appear behind the WordPress left dashboard navigation.

At first I tried disabling all other plugins and changing my theme but still no success. My final attempt was to login to the website using Firefox instead of Chrome and I was able to access the slide editor as a lightbox and made the necessary edits.

    Thoughts?

  • Hi @tderouindesign

Thanks for contacting us! I apologize for any trouble!

Can you please share with me which version of Chrome you’re using? Also, do you happen to have any browser extensions active? If so, are you getting the same result when the extensions are de-activated?

Please let me know how I can help!

It is working perfectly fine this morning! I had added a new extension in Chrome yesterday so perhaps a simple restart of the browser is all I needed.

Thank you for the prompt reply!
