Error while making ‘tec.shortcodes.event-details’

We use the plugin in our new Website which is now online for some days. To enable further development I made a local clone with Duplicator on my xampp environment. But the site breaks at the first attempt with the error message:

When I rename the plugin, the local site is shown but without the events (as expected). What is going wrong there?
