Moving website from subdirectory

Instead of moving the core files I like to do that this way which organizes things just a little bit nicer while cutting down the clutter in the server’s web root.

I recommend method II. Most every WordPress powered site I own or work on is setup this way. A few even have ad servers and other apps running from other subdirectories off of web root. Makes a nice sensible install in those situations.
